Gabriel Griffin

Chief Executive Officer

CEO and Founder of EVA Support Pty Ltd Gabriel Griffin’s passion in life has always been human rights. This has translated into a very varied and successful career.

Gabriel takes pride in her beginnings and in having had the opportunities to view the industry from various roles.

Starting her career as a support worker in day programs and group homes for large organisations, Gabriel’s commitment to helping people was quickly recognised and this enabled her to progress into roles in Senior Management, working for organisations such as Life Without Barriers, Challenge Disability Services, Kirinari, and Leapfrog Ability.

During this period Gabriel was trained and mentored by the best in the business and due to this has extensive knowledge and understanding of the challenges people face on a daily basis.

It was during this period Gabriel obtained her Diploma in Disabilities as well as Front line Management training.
Some of Gabriel’s positions have been Managing group homes, Team Supervisor, Case Management, Coordination of Supports, Business Manager, and Director.

Gabriel’s career journey has shaped EVA and its mission and values, empowering Gabriel to start the company, and the need for people to have greater power over their lives and support.

Gabriel has a particular interest in Mental Health both on a personal and professional level.
Educating the community, being an advocate and mentoring, and providing quality workers to achieve outstanding outcomes for people is a role that Gabriel feels privileged to hold.
Gabriel is very much a hands-on CEO and is certainly relishing challenging the definition of that title!

Gabriel has chosen to lead her team at EVA in their commitment to advancing the rights of people with disabilities and this is reflected in the values and operations of EVA, a family owned and operated business.

Mitchell Doyle

Chief Operations Officer

Mitchell Doyle is our Chief Operations Officer at EVA Support, Mitchell has an extensive knowledge base both personally and professionally in supporting people with Disabilities in achieving their goals.

Over the years Mitchell has gained knowledge and skills to be able to move into the management side of the disability sector, in this way Mitchell has been able to put into practice all the values he upholds about working with and supporting people with disabilities.  

Mitchell has worked in the NDIS sector for 14 years in roles as a Support Worker, Team Leader, Support Coordinator and Operations Manager.

Mitchell prides himself in supporting the team at EVA to support our participants to live the life they choose.

Mitchell holds a diploma in leadership and management and his favourite hobby is spending time with his family.

Sharon Armanski

Newcastle Operations Manager

Sharon is the Operations Manager for EVA in Newcastle and Albury, with over 40 years of experience in the sector. Sharon has had many roles over the years working in day programs, employment, accommodation and more recently as a planner at NDIS and LAC with St Vincent de Paul.

Sharon prides herself on her communication skills, her work ethic and building a rapport with people.

Sharon is all about the participants, they come first, reaching their goals, having a say in their own lives, yes choice and control over where they live, who they live with, and what they do each day. As far as Sharon is concerned if you put participants first you can’t go wrong.

Sharon’s other philosophy is looking after staff, they are your greatest asset, if you look after staff, allowing them to have a say in how things are done, training and giving positive feedback they will want to do their best with and for participants.
